QVC+ | HSN+

Corporate identity update for Car2Go and support for international carsharing merge with Drivenow into what is now ShareNow.

 

As Design Lead within QVC+ | HSN+ From 2023-2025, I was embedded within an international team to create branded interactive experiences within streaming video for web, tv, mobile and AR/VR.

 

Operating as a full-stack creative, I was the design authority from strategy to concept, build, testing, refinement, shipping and support for new initiatives, features and interactions. Notable among these were the integration of Shopify into the QVC+ and HSN+ purchase flows, and updates to the global video player across all platforms (including Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Web and Apple Vision Pro).

This role required substantial consolidation, creative direction, brand management and communication amongst international teams, agencies and stakeholders within Axonista, QVC Group, QVC, HSN. I frequently collaborated with stakeholders, managers, product managers and colleagues within design, development, R&D, marketing, UX, QA, QC and legal to align, unify efforts and maintain consistency.

Together, we identified and solved for UX friction points, introduced and refined a unified design system for all platforms, provided Design Ops, refined content architecture, improved processes, launched user onboarding / FTUX, conducted usability and accessibility testing / analysis, and produced visual content guidelines for reference by the entire organization.
